       Dear Customer,

Step 1 : Use the Contact Us form to make an enquiry and we will contact you to disscuss your requirements and you will be given a customer number for all future correspondance. 

Step 2: Once satisfied with your requirements, we will design you a basic theme without content before requiring a 50% deposit to continue with the development of your site. Use Secure Google Checkout or PayPal, or request an invoice. [Note: You will be given a personal link to view the progress of your site as it is being developed]

Step 3: On receipt of your payment we will contact you via email for information regarding the desired content (text content, pictures, links etc) for your site. 

Step 4: Once satisfied, the second payment of 50% is required before the site becomes available on the Web.
Step 5: On completion, a domain payment will be required to obtain your new website address. ie
Step 6: Of course, there may be future updates required which can be applied for via the Contact Us page, quoting your Customer Number
Step 7: Any updates can be paid for with the 'Secure Google Checkout' below, or request an invoice. If more than one item is required, hit add to cart again.
